NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Russell Wilson (hamstring) is considered "day-to-day."
That's not quite the doom-and-gloom we were fed earlier. Wilson sounds like he may be truly questionable to play in Week 7 against the Jets. Rapoport helpfully adds that Russ is "pushing to play." The Wilson that we saw in the second half last night won't help the Broncos.

It figures that "classy" fellas like Sherman and Lynch would pile on now and kick Wilson when he is down. I would expect nothing less from either.Sherman and Beast Mode outright said they had to contact Russ's manager to try to talk to him
Worst contract in sports history
Let Geno Cook
I had not seen Wilson in video for years now as I don't watch much football these days. Saw a tiktok of him and he looks like a 38 yo dad that hits the gym sometimes. Not good.It figures that "classy" fellas like Sherman and Lynch would pile on now and kick Wilson when he is down. I would expect nothing less from either.Sherman and Beast Mode outright said they had to contact Russ's manager to try to talk to him

I think two things here are true. Wilson hasn't played well and doesn't look close to the player he used to be, but Hackett is such an awful coach that the offense has no chance to succeed. The Broncos organization needs to move off of Hackett NOW. Not at the end of the season, not in a month, but NOW. Not sure the season is still salvageable either way, as I think it will take Wilson re-dedicating himself to the sport and getting in better shape again in the offseason to return to form, but Hackett is the worst head coach I have ever seen and everyone apparently sees it but his bosses.
If he had a good OL and decent coaching, I do believe he’d be a top 12 QB.It figures that "classy" fellas like Sherman and Lynch would pile on now and kick Wilson when he is down. As it stands, he’s not startable.
Let's not forget that Wilson wanted input into the Denver offense and reportedly got his way. I think I have FFPTSD from that MNF game.
Going from the elation of finally seeing your QB playing inspired football - 10/10 with a TD. Showing poise and escapability.
Then 4 more quarters of nothing. Just…nothing.
I can still feel the feeling that gave me. Just a stunned silent questioning of whether this was real life.
It’s haunting me. I’m so glad he’s off my redraft team, the only place I rostered him.
Lord help my Sutton share. :(
Well, now I have Brady, so he’s not my problem any more. This is what happens when a 49er fan drafts Russell Wilson.

Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett said Russell Wilson (hamstring) is questionable and will be a game-time decision.
Russ' hamstring has been an interesting storyline this week, and he's lost practice snaps to Brett Rypien while dealing with the injury. The way the Broncos are playing right now, you absolutely want no part of starting an injured Wilson in one-quarterback leagues. Superflex leagues will want to have backup plans available for this weekend, and should probably break ties against Wilson.

In my league, there aren't many alternatives. And there are several potentially good matchups in the next 7 weeks, JAG, LV, CAR, ARI. Even facing BAL & KC, the Broncos may have to put up points.Russ is out this week per NFL, Schefter, etc.
Good. Let the Broncos offense cook.Russ is out this week per NFL, Schefter, etc.
As someone who just divorced my team from Russ, but still has Sutton, it’s music to my ears.Good. Let the Broncos offense cook.Russ is out this week per NFL, Schefter, etc.
A great pickup in big FD tourneys to differentiate from TB’s D at a cheaper price.Great timing, my opponent picked up the Jets DEF ahead of me this week.
Not with that contract.Played his last snap in Denver.
When Ryp goes undefeated from here on out you'll seeNot with that contract.Played his last snap in Denver.
Their D will get carved upGreat timing, my opponent picked up the Jets DEF ahead of me this week.
If you watch the clip you would see Lynch wasn't kicking Wilson when he was down. He was doing the opposite actually. Yea Sherman certainly was, but he's also the same guy who threw a ball at him and called him a little ***** when they were teammates. It figures that "classy" fellas like Sherman and Lynch would pile on now and kick Wilson when he is down. As much as I wish it was otherwise, I have to imagine the Broncos are a lot more than Mark Rypien's kid from going on a run...I wish I was as high as you. When Ryp goes undefeated from here on out you'll seeNot with that contract.Played his last snap in Denver.

It was more so tongue in cheek. Brett is family, so I've always been a big supporter, even sometimes irrationally.I wish I was as high as you. When Ryp goes undefeated from here on out you'll seeNot with that contract.Played his last snap in Denver.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Russell Wilson has a "partially torn hamstring, leaving his status in doubt beyond the start he'll miss today against the Jets."
The Broncos get the Jaguars next week in London and then have their bye. Giving Wilson one more week off would give him plenty of time to fully recover from the Grade 2 hamstring strain. Wilson was able to practice in a limited capacity this week, but Brett Rypien was prepped to be the starter as early as Wednesday. Rypien will draw the start this week versus the Jets.

Russell Wilson (hamstring) said he's "feeling good" and "ready to rock" after logging a limited practice Wednesday.
We'll know for sure if Wilson will play this week against the Jaguars if he says, "Broncos country, let's ride." All kidding aside, it seems Wilson will be available for Sunday's London game against the Jaguars after missing Week 7 with a hamstring injury. His mobility could be limited, making him a (very) shaky fantasy option in 12-team leagues. Wilson should remain on the waiver wire in 10-team formats. Jacksonville has allowed the 10th lowest EPA per drop back through Week 7.
