Don't think it's a terrible idea.
Line up their schedules and look at how their opponents look if you played Brooks and Vick on the matchups.

I don't like this idea much. Vick has the third hardest schedule in the league. Plus, he's one of the few QBs that you really don't know when to play him anyway. I don't know if you could maximize much by spot-starting Vick this year, with that brutal schedule he has.

Yeah, Chase, I hear ya. I'm already stumped by week one. Vick will probably rush for 100 and a TD against Carolina while Brooks lays an egg against San Diego.

Depending on how much risk you like. I like a Vick/Rivers combo.
Rivers weeks: 1(@OAK), 2(SF), 5(PIT-Vick on BYE), 6(@SF), 7(@KC), 13 (@ BUF), 15(KC), 17 (ARI)
Vick weeks: 3(@NO), 4(ARZ), 9(@DET), 12(NO)
Toss up weeks -
8 - Vick @ CIN / Rivers STL,
10 - Rivers @ CIN / Vick CLE
11 - Vick @ BAL / Rivers @ DEN
14 - Vick @ TB / Rivers DEN
16 - Vick CAR / Rivers SEA
There are a few tough games in there, but there's also potential for some huge games/shootouts.
A Vick/Warner combo also doesn't look too bad.
