Question about old Billy Joel song (1 Viewer)

Yesterday, I heard on the radio a song that I haven't heard in years: "Miami 2017" by Billy Joel.  Now, the song originally came out in 1976, and between 1976 and 1989, he did several live versions of the song that I kept hearing on the radio, including a version where he mentions a couple named "Mike and Tina."  Does anyone know about this version, and who are the "Mike and Tina" that he's talking about?  In fact, how many versions of the song were actually played on the radio between 1976 and 1989?
