I read somewhere that Kix stole their angle from Trix.

Quiet Riot has the better music (even if a good deal of it is stolen from Slade) but Twisted Sister has the better shtick.

I don't disagree, but it's not like Twisted Sister's shtick is original - pretty much borrowed from previous bands like Alice Cooper, Kiss, and The New York Dolls, among others.

What rock music isn't borrowed?

I knew them back in the mid 90's. They used to hang out at our warehouse/loft in SF when they were in town. My roomies were good friends of theirs. But yes, they borrowed a lot from bands like TS.

TS getting no love, Stay Hungry is a great record front to back, some awesome music there. QR is pretty good too, Metal Health was a solid album, and RATT Out of the Cellar is a kick ### record. I like all three, but TS-RATT-QR
