If you look at FBG dynasty & redraft rankings, you see a big difference where these rookie RBs are ranked. In a 2 or 3 player keeper league, what is the proper strategy for ranking these guys relative to keeper or dynasty rankings? As if it were a dynasty league? A redraft? Somewhere in between?

I would look at Bush as a dynasty and Williams/Maroney/White/Addai as redraft

Somewhere in between. Since you only keep 2-3 players there will still be a large talent pool to draft from. It's important to keep the best production players possible. You'll have to use redraft rankings more heavily for your draft. For your keepers, feel free to use the dynasty rankings but just make sure you're keeping the best balance between producing now and in the future.
