Legs are dead from Sunday's simulated triple. And it was hot (83/sunny). And it was windy. That equated to a trifecta of suck. 8:58/149Wed (12mi MLR) - Decided to wake up before work and run at 5AM to beat the heat. So glad I did! Legs were a little stiff, but felt strong. Ended up being a fantastic run. 8:44/143Thu (5mi Recovery) - Was supposed to cool off, so I ran at lunch... Thanks a lot, weatherman. It was sunny and 76. Couldn't keep my HR down. 9:41/138Fri (7mi GA) - Just finished raining and it was gorgeous out. Legs were a bit fresher, and it showed. 8:11/148Sat (18mi LR) - Whoa. Kick ### run. Legs had that tired but strong feel to them again. I was totally locked in today and felt like I could go forever. 8:44/14550mi for the shortened week. Feeling awesome.
