Solid 30-min ride on the Peloton this morning. Today is 27 straight days, and I can definitely see that I’m getting stronger. It’ll be interesting to see if/how it helps my running, but I can’t imagine it won’t.
@SteelCurtain and I both finished 30 straight days of 100 push-ups yesterday. I think we’re both planning on continuing at least through the end of the month.
Planning on a 5- to 7-mile GA run today and hopefully 15 tomorrow.

That's a mix of not committing to my upper body work and poor race posture. I did 5 x 20 push-ups last night to get back at it.
They will be overseeding my lawn in the fall.
good thing I don't have my good insurance any more.
