Rank your "1a" receivers (1 Viewer)

harryhood

Footballguy
Wayne

Housh

Bruce

Boldin (say fitz is the 1 in this case)\

Glenn ( i could see him putting up Wayne type numbers IF TO plays the whole season)

For the pupose that most people usually go RB,RB, you are looking at one of these WR in the 3rd most likely along with some other WR1's. Glenn could also be grabbed in 4 or 5 probably as well!

Rank these 1a's and add anyone else as you see fit.

Don't really think Boldin belongs on this list. Many people I've seen have him ranked in the top tier.

I know Bruce doesn't belong on this list.

Don't you mean "1b"? For those complaining about Boldin, I think the original poster's intent were to rank WRs who are the #2 on their own team. If you assume Fitz is #1, then Boldin would fit the category.

Bruce should not be on the list - but if DJax is healthy a better case could be made for Nate Burleson. Check how he did across from Moss a little while back.

That said it's:

Boldin

Wayne

Housh

Glenn

Burleson

Bruce

1b if you count the likes of harrison and johnson as "1a"

but I just call them "1" .... thats horse betting in me talking (they call horses 1 and 1a, if entered)

translate as you will. I believe also, that fitz will outperform boldin this year, which is why i put him as 1a

(Assuming that your definition of 1A is any wr still around in round 3 if you take RB in 1 & 2)

Drafting last night, at the 10 spot. . . .I went R. Moss & D. Driver in rounds 3/4 after goin RB/RB in 1/2

Round 5 was Glenn

Round 6 D. Pepper

7/8 Kennison/Michael Clayton

happy to see moss fall that far, but with some of the other big names this year, I wasnt shocked to see him make it quite that far, but thought he would have gone a 1/2 round before that.

for the listed players. . .

Moss – Dependant on Brooks, but oddly enough isn’t the drama queen on the team this year

Boldin – Mixed here. . .with a running star, will there still be a need for (2) #1 WR's EVERY WEEK

Driver – Wheres my #2. . . .get these guys off my ###, and life will be good

Wayne – Wheres my RB?

Houshmanzedah – Hey, you keep watching they guy in front of the camera while I steal my big games.

Glenn – Hey, I may have watched my SB from home, but at least im not getting kicked off 3 teams 3 years in a row.

Kennison/Michael Clayton – hey, most of you don’t know us, but we’ll see what we can do about that this year

Bruce – are you saying “Bruuuuuuuuce” or “Boooooooooo”, im getting old and can’t hear as well anymore. . .but I’ll still get the ball.

So am I the only one who thinks Bruce is a reasonably good bet to be this year's Glenn/Galloway, the veteran WR2 on a decent offensive team who has a very good year, leading everyone to claim they saw it coming all the way?

Yes.

Yes.
I don't think he'll be productive to that extent, but I do think he's undervalued where he's going in many drafts right now. Bruce is a great value pick at this point.
