How many games do you need to see before you recognize a players is talented? Rice has had one good season, at what point did you realize he was a top 5 RB? I thought Rice was overrated going into the season because he was considered a no brainer top 4 pick. I like Rice, but he made up for his lack of TD's last year with a huge amount of receptions. I just didnt see him repeating his reception total from last year, and simce he is still not seeing goalline touches, it is going to be very tough for him to live up to his top 4 RB status.Dont get me wrong, i still like Rice, especially in PPR, but i am just not as high on him as most. I do think he will have a good game against the Browns this week, but he is limited because he will not be scoring short TD's.Just curious to how Rice was overated? He was a top 3 RB last year and is a beast of a player. Also making claims any player is the real deal after the player has played in a grand total of 2 NFL games is laughable. Think about it.Im not very worried about Flacco or Rice, they had two road games 6 days apart against two VERY good defenses. My problem with Rice is he was overrated before the season started. Part of the reason though was lack of better options. When it comes to spending a top 5 pick on a RB, getting the goalline touches is a must. I would trade Foster for Rice if i could, but not Best, that kid is the real deal.In a 2 QB league I still like Flacco and obviously still love Rice. They've played 2 pretty solid defenses so far. Flacco and Rice will pick it up this week, then they have to play Pitt and probably struggle. After that things will get easier and Flacco will have some nice games and Rice some monster games. I think the shark move for Jahvid Best/Arian Foster owners is to dangle those guys and go after Rice either now or after the Pitt game week 4.
