It was clearly a joke. But ok.Please never ever make jokes about bombing headquarters here.

As someone who has Hall and Omarion, I’m just assuming he ends up on the Chargers.chatter is picking up on him being dealt before the deadline. It makes zero sense for the Jets to keep him at 0-6, and I rank landing spots in this order: Houston, KC, Wash
Peanuts, really insignificant to really be an issue for the Jets or acquiring team. What is the cap hit if Breece is traded?
I'd love him here. Problem is the contract extension with Stroud and Anderson coming due as well. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this potential spot but I think Houston could be a sneaky fit. Mixon is toast, anything can happen to Chubb and Marks is still a ?. Hall could have a nice second contract there.

that wouldnt be as bad as Burrow, Chase, Higgins. Of course Cincy is awful, but HOU can def sign/keep all 3 and be better off than Cincy. Breece isnt getting anywhere near $20M a year. HOU would be nice with him tho. Build up OL in the drafts.I'd love him here. Contract extensions for RB's is really not much of a big thing though.I'd love him here. I believe Barkley signed for only 3 year $37.75 million last year (they since gave him another extension) but his cap hits are still less than $10MM per year the first few seasons. He does have a lot of void years they'll have to eventually eat but RB salary's aren't big hits like you said.Contract extensions for RB's is really not much of a big thing though.I'd love him here. He does for like the initial 10-20 yards.Breece doesn't move like even his 2023 self.
Little to none. I want completely out of that offense. Those that think he’s getting traded, how much emphasis are you putting on Isaiah Davis?
From my brain to hopefully God's ears????? LOLNot sure if anyone has mentioned this potential spot but I think Houston could be a sneaky fit. Mixon is toast, anything can happen to Chubb and Marks is still a ?. Hall could have a nice second contract there.

It's really kind of unusual IMO. Great initial burst and then it's like he can't open up or hit that next gear.

Jets RB Breece Hall, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a knee injury, is expected to play vs. the Bengals, per sources.
Jets TE Mason Taylor, listed as questionable due to a quad injury, also is likely to play.
Learn to play a horrible defense every week???Hopefully the jets learn from this...
Next Gen Stats
Breece Hall's 4-yard TD pass to Mason Taylor had a completion probability of 18.0%, the most improbable completion by a running back in the NGS era (since 2016).

Runningbacks don't sign very big contracts relatively speaking. Barkley's contract with the Eagles only merited a 4th but the Giants didn't get one because they spent in FA and offset it. Jets have $90MM+ in cap space next year so probably will be spending at least some of that. Any comp pick also wouldn't be until '27 vs possibly getting a pick in '26. That's not to say that they will trade him, but those are factors they would consider.Don't the Jets get a fairly decent comp pick if Breece leaves in free agency? Why would they bother to trade him mid-season?

Honestly I think you are asking the wrong question. Why would a team give up anything for a rb with durabilty issues on the final year of contract? Just bad math.
If you read that tweet from Connor Hughes it says he asked about his trade value around the league and a GM told him a third was way to much, would need two teams to bid against one another to make it a 4th, if not it's a 5th.
Considering he's likely going to net them a comp pick back if they let him leave, Braelon Allen is months away from returning and the team would be down to Isaiah Davis and they can't pass...
Dear god - please let the Jets trade away Breece Hall. He’s wasting his career with that dumpster fire of a franchise.
I agree, but anywhere but the Chiefs.Dear god - please let the Jets trade away Breece Hall. He’s wasting his career with that dumpster fire of a franchise.
Sure. I don’t care where — just dear god send him to a team with a real QBI agree, but anywhere but the Chiefs.Dear god - please let the Jets trade away Breece Hall. He’s wasting his career with that dumpster fire of a franchise.
Also if he plays this week elsewhere a lot of us wouldn't have to start some waiver wire fill in backMaybe the cross the field rivals will want him with Skattebo out. In all seriousness, if they were to trade him, this would be a great time after the big game (he can run, he can catch, and he can pass!!!). For those who have him, it would be awesome if he does get traded this week to a team that has already had a bye so you'll get more games out of him.

Honestly, if you're not a Chiefs fan, would you really want to see them get Hall? IMO it would be a slap in the face to every other team in the AFC. The Chargers should think hard about that right now and snipe him. Then get a comp pick when he walks next year. The Jets aren't getting more than a 3rd round pick for him by the way and probably a 4th at best. Possibly a 3rd in a bidding war, but I wouldn't bet on that.Sure. If I didn't have him I'd want him in all formats right now.
If he stays put he carries on being a good, usable asset with the potential for massive weeks, if he moves he potentially upgrades his situation and lifts his ceiling and floor by about 20-30%.
I can see only positives regardless of what happens.
