Yeah there definitely seems to be a number of people, not necessarily all on here but in general social media, that seem determined to spin negatives with this guy, no matter what. The need to be right about something.
First it was "too fragile, can't stay healthy", then "not drafting him early, he'll split with Mostert and not get enough touches", then when that turned out false and in fact it was Mostert getting hurt instead and then Achane just shouldered the entire load on a short week with a dinged ankle as well, "well now he's going to get too many touches, he'll break down".
Sheesh. I share some concerns about staying healthy over the season, for any RB playing 16 games is tough, and especially under an ever-increasing workload but the narrative flip-flopping is tiresome.
Sometimes you can't win. Sometimes when the underdog defeats expectations it just pisses people off instead.
Like with Tom Brady, the guy had to win 5-6 championships before he was universally approved.
