RB Keaton Mitchell, BAL (3 Viewers)

Who do peeps think is more rosterable for the stretch run? Mitchell or Singletary? Trying to figure out if Singletary is more of a 1-game start this week or is taking over from Pierce?

Huge Flex decision this week. Already starting McCaffrey/Gibbs. Debating one of Pollard v Mitchell v Chandler. Standard (non-PPR) scoring. Leaning Mitchell.
Mitchell would be my last choice of the 3 and fwiw he's the guy I own the most so not hating. I just prefer volume over needing a big play. I do think his usage is and will continue to increase, but it's not going to be nearly what these two are in store for assuming Mattison is out.

Chandler had a nice run on a wildcat play with Dobbs split outside. Something the Vikings had not done at all before this. Well blocked but surprise was also a factor there.

He got stuffed like a turkey when the Vikings were just trying to run out the clock though.

I am not sure if volume is going to help much with him.

Mitchell is more explosive on limited plays for sure.

anybody else throwing him into their Flex lineup tomorrow?

As good buddy @VikingFrog correctly noted, we should always start Thursday players at their position to leave the Flex spot open for contingency plans on Sunday (hurt in warmups, GTD.) By leaving the Flex open we can choose from multiple positions.
I am leaning more and more to throwing Mitchell as my RB2 after seeing Singletary destroy the Bengals. I may end up benching Lockett who hasn't had 2 great weeks in a row and will use either Henderson, Warren, Noah Brown or Khalil Herbert as my flex. PPR league and want Dell and ARSB as my 2 WR and Hall as my RB1.
I have a slightly worrisome feeling Harbaugh might not unleash Mitchell. I hope I'm dead wrong.

Going back to the well. Keaton Mitchell in again and hoping for a long one. As stated by others, Devin friickin Singletary just ran all over them

I have both and deliberating between the two this week. based on outcome of this next game, i think we'll be able to determine which to keep.

It get's harder and harder when you're trying to sneak into the playoffs. Even though I don't want to, I'm keeping Mitchell on the bench with two of Mostert, Gibbs or Cook starting ahead of him. I'll probably regret it when Moster is limited and Chicago stuffs Gibbs but dance with the date who brought you I suppose.

Is Mostert even a lock to play?

I’m starting him in one and may in the other. Its so depressing when a player bombs on Thursday though so idk if I feel like risking it in both

ETA: don’t have much choice in one. Would be benching Watson in the other
But what about that feeling when a player explodes on Thursday?

Chasing that high is something I live for.
You’re not wrong

Works the other way more often than not though

TNF can often be a dirge

But I wonder if the duds just stick with us way more than the meets/exceeds expectations games

The issue I'm having with Keaton is I am much more comfortable with volume guys going on Thursday, just based on touches they might fall into the end zone

But starting a guy with 14 (super exciting) touches the last two weeks is risky - gonna feel dumb if he bombs and come Monday I'm watching Pacheco have a bad game but he scores a tuddy on my bench
I just pulled Watson. Screw it, God hates a coward

🤷🏻‍♂️

Starting him over Chandler in my RB2 spot. Screw it. Also have Addison in my flex so can pivot to Chandler or Addison and will likely go back and forth 100 times until that night game. Edit: actually looking now I think Chandler should be starting over Addison for me.

No, but if I start Mitchell, that's effectively benching Mostert before we even know. Guh. Stupid Thursday games. You and Joe Bryant's passing rushing matchup email are going to have me starting Mitchell and Cook.

I can’t possibly play him over Barkley, Singleterry and Brian Robinson. Right? Right?
IF you believe coach Harbaugh who has said he wants to "get him more involved" I'd start him over Singletary?(Pierce may be back and get some touches)
He's generated a lot of buzz with only 15 touches in two games. IF he were to get 15 in a single game imop he's a boom/bust play.
Even he gets 10-12 touches he should outperform his projected points by a good margin.
Tough call for sure but that's why you get paid big bucks to make these tough calls.
I have him on four teams,he's starting on all four for me. On one it's an easy call with Kamara on a bye,on the others I'm putting him in over Thielen as a flex play.
I think his upside this week is better than Adam's. Taking a risk for sure, but the fantasy season is getting late,it's worth a shot for me.

I have Zay Flowers , Mark Andrews and Keaton going in one league , im probably going to regret it but it makes tonights game fun to watch

well ****. this may be the decider for me. my starters have been mostert and kamara. if mostert doesnt play then i take a goose.

i think im out. pierce still not practicing, bad az defense. one more week of watching keaton from the sideline.

So torn - it's between Herbert and Keaton. No clue what's going to happen with Herbert by Sunday, but even still they are playing the Lions.

Scared money don’t make money. The bye week makes the decision easier but I’m happy to roll him out there tonight. Hoping it’s a prime time coming out party for Keaton.

Might as well roll the dice and hopefully enjoy the game. That's why they call it FUNtacy football.
