RB Kenneth Walker III - SEA (6 Viewers)

Both KW and Charbonet were DNP today.
Omg!
Isn’t Wednesday a traditional rest day / DNP for a lot of players?
Yeah, you’re right. I wish one of them had a “limited”. I have both. At this point I want one or the other to play/sit.
Same. But it's looking like both will be a go most likely.

I will say if they think KW is good to go, I do like the idea that he's seen his job potentially be stolen from him the last few weeks. So he will come out and play angry.

Same here. Hoping one plays one sits. Don't care which. Otherwise it's Miller time
What if you don’t have Walker, but do have Charbs, and Walker plays and your other options are Javante Williams, Jaylen Warren, and Ameer Abdullah?

You're a “glass half full” kinda guy. I like it!! Lol. Hope you’re right!

If I may ask what do you base your Charbonet optimism on? I ask because I've seen McDonald's comments about feeling optimistic about Walker, but noting on Charbs.
I just meant both will be active IMO. If that's the case it obviously downgrades Charbs. But I do think the split won't be as drastic as before. It was like 85-15 for KW when he was healthy. I see it more 65-35 now.

Do you have my roster? I have Walker, not Charbs. I assume you're prioritizing a floor play here. Seattle's injury report tomorrow will be crucial in deciding whether J. Williams makes the lineup since, for now, he has the highest floor (McLaughlin isn’t playing). If it comes down to Sunday, your option is a gamble between Warren and Abdullah.

If you are not going for a floor but a ceiling, only a clear negative update would stop you from gambling on Seattle's backfield.

Thanks, I actually thought that is what you meant but was not sure why you had optimism on Charbs? I'm neutral myself, have heard nothing on him one way or the other and from what I understand it's because when McDonald spoke earlier no one asked him about Charbs because no one knew he was injured to ask about him.

Tomorrow will be interesting, but my leagues waivers run tonight and I'm going to put in a bid for McIntosh in a league I'm somehow alive in the final 4 despite getting 8 PPR points a game from the RB2 spot on the season, and had Sincere in that role last week...and Kamara is my RB1.

Against a top rated run D. Both guys dinged. This sucks. It's likely one or both gets reinjured, or one gets hot and the other just watches. FWIW, Charbonnet was named a team captain along with Geno and Coby Bryant for week 16.

Both Walker and Charbonet are off the injury report. Both full go for Sunday.

I’d rather only one was playing. Either one
Same. Going to roll with Walker though. No better options.
Same
And same. I will of course start Charbs in zero places.

I got Walker in 5 leagues left that matter, will probably start him in 2 or 3 of them.

Would start either of them in every league I have them if the other was out.

Ugh. Walker has been so bad. This will not be an easy decision.
Absolutely correct.
And now that I’m out of the Playoffs (no Mac and Walker killing me) and involved in a meaningless 5/6 place game I really don’t need him and actually relieved the torture with him is over.

In the league I have Walker the only person that you can even make an argument to sit him for would be Jennings, and I’m not even considering it.

Now I'm thinking about game script. If Seahawks fall behind, they'll be throwing to Charbonet more than running with Walker. Might lean Charbonet now. Have till 4 at least to decide.

Did you forget the targets and catches Walker had prior to getting injured?

Ugg, I have had Walker in my starting lineup over Charbs ever since he was off the injury report.

Zach Charbonnet Starting Over Kenneth Walker III Sunday

Share:
13 seconds agoThe Seattle Seahawks plan to announce Zach Charbonnet as their starting running back against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Although Kenneth Walker III is healthy and cleared to play, the first snap of the game will likely belong to Charbonnet. This represents a change in the lineup from earlier in the season, but it's not much of a surprise given how well Charbonnet has played lately. Over the last two weeks, he has 188 rushing yards, eight catches, 71 receiving yards, and two touchdowns. He has averaged 24.1 fantasy points per game (PPR) while filling in for Walker this year. Meanwhile, Walker is averaging 16.7 points per contest. Both players have RB1 upside, but we'd rather start Charbonnet this week given that Seattle may be inclined to ride the hot hand against a stingy Minnesota run defense.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller

I plugged in Tracy over both Walker and Charbonnet. Between the unkown and going against a tough defense, I am playing it safe(r).
