According NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Kerryon Johnson may not start but should still see his "full share of carries along with Bo Scarbrough" in Week 16 against the Broncos.
Rapoport's wording is a bit unclear—"full share of carries" would imply workhorse usage, though alluding to Scarbrough's involvement would seem to contract that idea. Kerryon is obviously the superior talent, but coach Matt Patricia has already downplayed expectations by saying the team will be "smart" with his usage coming off a two-month absence. Facing an uncertain workload with a third-string quarterback (undrafted rookie David Blough) calling the shots, rolling the dice on Johnson would seem to be an unnecessary risk. Fantasy owners who have made it this far can likely survive another week without Johnson.
