Per Adam Schefter twitter: "Things change, but right now, Eagles RB Brian Westbrook is not expected to play today due to the concussion he suffered Monday night."

Per Adam Schefter, Brian Westbrook (concussion) is not expected to play on Sunday against the Giants.

Westbrook was injured last Monday night against Washington and doesn't appear ready to play, but things can change as we get closer to game time. Rookie LeSean McCoy will get the start in place of Westbrook. The drawback on McCoy is that he is shaky in blitz pickup, and it could be a tough day for Donovan McNabb.
