**** Redraft Trades Thread 2025 **** (1 Viewer)

I just offered Bill, Conner and Waddle for Hampton and Jameson Williams. I get a feeling the counter will probably not include Jamo and a different WR in his place, but you gotta start somewhere.
He's super shallow at RB and will get two instant starters.

Have a .5 PPR redraft trade partner that really wants to make a 2 for 1 trade, so he can make room for a waiver QB in Superflex.

He’s offering two of Travis Hunter, Jaylen Waddle, J Warren, and T Tracy.

For my Keon Coleman.

I have K Johnson on my bench. Hunter and Warren for Coleman seems like a no brainer for me. I think my Starting RBs and WRs already start over both of those guys, but Hunter has a lot of upside.

Someone is really high on Keon.

I was to start the year and he was my dark horse. So it’s kind of hard for me to part with him. But it’s likely the right call.

It’s also one of those scenarios with short benches, where he needs a QB for Superflex, and was going to have to drop one of these guys to the wire. So he’s making a little bit of room, and taking the decision of who to drop out of it?

I dealt Jeanty for Cook.

Of all things, a comment in the chat during the draft led to this.

I took Jeanty at 8 and someone said(of the guy drafting at 10), "oh man ------'s heart is breaking."

The guy didn't even reply. He just took McCaffrey and went on with it.

But I remembered it. And pitched it. And he didn't hesitate.

As commish, he even pushed it through faster to make sure I could play Cook on Thursday.

Feel like I won. Might regret it. Ok if I do.

Right now considering:

BTJr & Daniel Jones or Drake Maye

for

Nico

Just completed: 10 man 1.0ppr, flush with WR weak at RB

Send: C. Sutton (WR DEN)

Receive: T. Benson (RB ARI)

Paid what looks like a high price, but I ended up drafting a crazy WR room (ARSB, JSN, Z. Flowers, D. Adams, K. Allen in addition) and Sutton was an expendable asset. Needed RB badly. Hoping Benson is an every week RB2 at the least to replace Pollard in my starting lineup and allow me to play the matchups and byes with some more flexibility.

PPR short bench. I have Pickens already.

I traded Adams and Jamison Williams for Lamb and an open roster spot. (Likely grabbing Corum) 1 per 25 return yards as well.

Who else do you have at WR?
We are a 12 team PPR league. 8 teams make playoffs. I’m 3-0

We start QB, 1WR 1RB 3 Flex and 1 TE, K, D

With 5 bench spots:

I’ve been starting CMC, Ladd, Jentry, Deebo, and Adams.

Now I’ll start Pickens or Pearsall until Lamb comes back.

I’ve opened up a roster spot. I’ll likely grab Corum (we earn 1 per 25 return yards) he and Deebo have been getting 3-4 points that way. Corum offers some upside.

Ok, I can see the vision- it's nice that when Lamb comes back, you have WR2s to pair with him. I'm a little worries about the Pickens/Lamb stack, and I think for your sake you'd like Lamb to sit until he's 100% healthy so you don't have them robbing targets from each other. I hope Lamb stays healthy and returns to his productive self! If he does, this trade looks great for you, I just have lingering worries with high ankle sprains. I don't know think Pickens has WR1 value while CeeDee is out, but Adams also has risk if the touchdowns regress, so that's fairly lateral in the interim- in a short bench league where JaMo may clog a roster spot I like the positioning you're doing.

@Absolutely Nothing Yes it’s risky, Adams is getting targets but last two weeks saved by a long TD and 16.4 YPC. When Stafford needed he was throwing to Nacua. Adams is older.

I do hope Lamb sits for 3 games and I can weather the storm. When he’s back Pickens goes back to my bench. This week I’ll be deciding on playing 2 of 3 (Pickens, Jentry, Pearsall)
