Bush played SF and scored 4 tds, but will he have anywhere close to a performance like that again this year?

Thru 12 games he has 6 TD's, 5 on offense and one on special teams, that's a 0.5 TD/per game average.

Now, with four games to go the math would imply that he's good for two touchdowns. Critics can site the fact that four of his scores came in one game, which is true. Proponents can argue that he's just now ramping up his bid for ROY.

I'll side with Vegas and say yes, Reggie finds the end zone again this season, most likely more than once.

Plus, with observation of actual game play beyond pure statistical analysies, he has reduced his dancing and improved his vision over the past four games. My opinion is he has gained the confidence of the coaching staff and teammates and will be given more opportunities to score.

All great points in this thread. I'd simply like to add that injuries to key saints players (Horn, Colston) will force more of the offense to run through Bush, further increasing his TD potential.

Now that he has the taste for it, I think he can get another 3-4 TD's. If he plays like he did in SF... I realize SF didnt play well but I really liked what Collinsworth said that he was playing pissed off, ok well he didnt say THAT but he meant that. As far as ROY? He has a ways to go for that, Colsten, MJD, Leinart and VY all have a sizeable lead IMO. Addai and Maroney are in the same boat as Bush IMO.
