Ed Price of Fanhouse is reporting that the Dodgers have acquired George Sherrill from the Orioles.
If true, Sherrill would work as a setup man in front of closer Jonathan Broxton, making him just about worthless in mixed leagues. Jim Johnson has to be considered the favorite for saves in Baltimore, though the team could try several relievers. Sherrill has a 2.40 ERA, 20 saves and a 39/13 K/BB ratio in 41 1/3 innings this season. Jul. 30 - 3:10 pm et

Better go get Jim Johnson.
