Frankly, arpaio and his rise to power and how he's maintained it is great proof that trump really can win. 

With arpaio you can find a multitude of evidence that he consistently breaks constitutional law, costs the state thousands in litigation costs, and has judges writing in dicta that he's drunk on power. He's helped in a conspiracy to indict executives on the board of supervisors and judges for completely baseless charges. He's a ####### psycho. Yet people love this guy.
