That's the thing. In the name of helping victims of domestic abuse, the media is turning the victim's life upside down. This has nothing to do with supporting a victim any more. This is all sensationalism. All the dirtbags who profit off bringing attention to other people's misery are out to make a buck here. Anyone who actually cared about the 'victim' of this abuse (Janay Rice) would at least try to respect her wishes and privacy.

Technically he wasn't in public when he knocked her out, he was in the privacy of the elevator car...I think he should sue the casino for video taping his altercation without his permission....He should have an expectation of privacy in an elevator while alone with his wife. With all of these cameras, now you have to look over your shoulder if you want to have some sex time in the elevator....Damn shame.

What Ray Rice did was wrong, but a lot of people are acting like he clocked an innocent woman. I think the punishment has already exceeded the crime given he's lost everything except the woman who helped get him into this.
