Ricky Williams - 3 Rushes for 1 yard in week 11 (1 Viewer)

Is Ricky Williams still rosterable? I didn't see the game last night so need some help. Many expected Ricky Williams to be involved more in the offense this week with the QB situation but this was Ricky's worst performance of the year and he received his least amount of touches of the season. What does this mean for his value going forward? I was holding onto him because of his upcoming schedule but with someone like McGahee out there I'm finding it hard to hold onto him today. Thanks

I am glad I dropped Ronnie Brown and Torain 3 weeks ago. Since then, both have been picked up. A guy in my league started Torain this past week and got a big fat zero. Last night another guy started Brown and got, well close to a zero.

I would move on with Ricky. Bench him if you don't wanna drop him.

Edit: I think McGahee is in for a big game this week. Bal will control the ball, and him when they are up by 20, I expect McGahee to get very involved.

They felt that their best chance to win was with their 3rd string QB rather than their power run game. Makes sense, right!? Oh wait...

They had a total of 4 rushes in the first half. Granted it's Chicago and their run D is stout, but come on.

They gave the majority of the carries to Ronnie BrownTyler Thigpen...
FixedBrown also only had 3 carries.

All Brown's receptions came at the end of the game.

Basically epic fail by the coaching staff preparing the team on a short week after losing 2 QBs. They didn't have the team ready.

No exaggeration, this may have been one of the worst game plans I've ever seen. The # of carries should be seen through the lens of just how few plays overall the Dolphins had, as the Bears had a huge advantage there and in TOP. But no wildcat, only misdirection play was a Hartline endaround that was fumbled. Thigpen raced back with a quick 5 step drop/play action on every play. Joke.

OLine is a mess:

LT playing with a shoulder harness and basically one arm

3rd string center

3rd string QB

u.g.l.y. and they ain't got no alibi

The Dolphins are a train wreck right now. Plus we have serious OL issues with injuries galore.

At least we have 10 days to right the ship. Thigpen had 2 days to work with the first team.

I hope Brandon can heal up in 10 days.....doubt it though. He will miss at least a game or 2.

stupid playcalling down?
I especially enjoyed when they called three straight play action passes down 16 with about seven minutes left and had not run the ball all night anyway.
