Ridley not at practice (1 Viewer)

why would you start frank when Lacy is bacK?
Because it's either Franklin or the best available on the WW which would be Donald Brown. Gotta figure Lacy will be eased in a bit so Franklin will get some additional touches.
Lacy has been practicing in full all week. He's coming back from a concussion, not a sprained knee. He's either 100% or cant play. No reason to ease him in.
To be honest they both can blow up against the Lions, that run D has not been good, or at least statistically they haven't.

Still going to be his first game since week 1 basically, that leads me to beleive there will be some additional touches for Franklin. Don't get me wrong, Franklin is 100% a desperation play, I'm not saying its going to be a 50/50 split or anything near that, no need to get worked up.

Didn't anyone watch Blount at Tampa Bay the last few years? He's a horrible pass protector and not much in the receiving game. The Pats might as well stay in base formation all game if Blount is the workhorse - Bolden (or Washington if Bolden is limited or out) will get a lot of playing time on Sunday.

Ugh....and I just dumped Jennings for Blount. Thinking about jumping back lol

CSN Bay Area expects Rashad Jennings to be the Raiders' "feature back" in Week 5 against San Diego.

Darren McFadden (hamstring) will not play, and Marcel Reece (questionable) is not 100 percent. "I’m always ready," Jennings said. "I’m approaching this week the same way I’ve been approaching any other. I’ll be ready for however many carries I get." Jennings could push for 20 touches in a favorable matchup. San Diego is allowing 5.24 yards per carry and ranks 25th versus the run.
