Ronnie Brown....... (1 Viewer)

What exactly is the injury? Did he tear his ACL?
:bag: If it's a tear and requires reconstructive surgery, then history tells us it's 2009 before he's 100% . . . if ever. :sadbanana:
If they get the #1 pick it will be interesting to see where they go with that pick. They have so many needs. Will they be able to pass up McFadden and draft defense?
They should be lynched if they even think about drafting an offensive skill position, even QB this time, on the first day of the draft. They need OL and defense. This should be a three-year process to build for them - it's not like they're going to be in a position to overtake the Patriots before that time anyway, so there's no hurry.

Agree. This team has been bad for as long as their O-line has been bad. Defensive replacements needed just as badly. Depending on the severity of Dorsey's knee, it's either him or J.Long and both could help.

If they are looking at a 3 year building process, shouldn't they take a QB in the first or at the latest the second year? It will take them a couple years(historically) before they are able to be productive. OL and D players seem to be able to step in more immediately and could be drafted later in the building process.

They took John Beck in the 2nd rd last year and he should be seeing the field soon. The earlier the better IMO to see what they have.If the draft was today and Miami had the #1 pick my selection would be J Long at this point in time.

Depending upon his injury on Saturday, DeDe Dorsey might not be bad either. What they need is an anchor lineman, on either side of the ball to build around. If they play their cards right they can get one for each line, but they need at least one. On defense, they should use the Texans as a model for how to rebuild.

Ronnie Brown's injury is an ACL injury and a complete tear. Surgery within the next 7-10 days. Booker will be on active roster. Chatman, Cobbs, and Booker at three backs this week.Per Cam's press conference right now
