Rookie breakdowns IDP (1 Viewer)

Where does everyone go to get information on rookies coming into IDP? In a rather deep IDP league starting this year where rookies will have value long-term and seeing if there is good information anywhere on the net.

Thinking at this point might read general rookie breakdowns but didnt know if there was something with a fantasy spin?

I'll have positional previews (like this one for edge players last year), we'll have the full draft hangout again and I'll have the post-draft combined draft board ready shortly after the draft. I'm also a little further ahead in my prep than I expected right now and might do some player breakdowns outside of the positional work. Some of that work is making it onto my Twitter feed -- including a long discussion of Bud Dupree last night.

Lots of good work around the web, especially on Twitter. I try hard not to read the evaluations of others before doing my own, so I can't point to anything specific.

Very nice I will look for that closer to the draft. Our rookie draft won't be until after the NFL draft but can't start to early really.

Wyremski at DLF did an article called "Early IDP top 16". They've also had some IDP spotlights in their dynasty scouts.

But DE is going to be difficult this year before we know landing spots.

I'm in the middle of a start up dynasty-devy draft where rookies are available now (with Louche above, I think). I've drafted Eric Kendricks and Leonard Williams so far, as they seem to be the surest bets. We're about 19 rounds in and I'm the only one to draft any rookie IDPs. Trying to figure out rookie IDPs is probably the toughest part of this draft. Will be interesting to see where some of the edge rushers like Fowler or Gregory go -- pretty difficult to value them right now, but someone could end up with a steal (although Gregory's value may dip on the news today).

Haha, yes, I'm in DEV-1. I'm pretty sure some will end up with a steal on rookie IDPs, and if nothing else it should make the NFL draft very, very exciting and/or frustrating.

Yeah, I'll be dancing a jig if Williams ends up in Tennessee as a 3-4 DE. Where I picked him, I figured he's at worst like Donald as a 4-3 DT, and Donald was off the board at that point. So, it made sense to me even in worst case.

Names

LB: Eric Kenricks. Vic Beasley, Stephone Anthony, Shaq Thompson, Benadrick McKinney, Paul Dawson, Denzel Perryman, Kwon Alexander

S: Landon Collins, Cody Prewitt and a bunch of maybes. Thjompson is #2 here if he goes to S.

DE: Preston Smith, Arik Armstead, Owamagbe Odighizuwa, Mario Edwards. A few of these guys might end up at DT or 3-4 DE. As 4-3 they would be golden depending on scoring format

DT: Leonard Williams and a bunch of other good prospects

The Flex guys who have great value as DE but way lower value as a LB. Dante Fowler, Bud Dupree, Shane Rey, Randy Gregory, Eli Harold, Nate Orchard, Tre Flowers
