Roster help? (5 Viewers)

In my dynasty league (not super flex) I have 4 QB’s and need to drop one. I have J. Hurts, K. Murray, C.J. Stroud, and J.J. McCarthy. Who would you drop?

In the Assistant Coach forum, I'd probably tell you to shop Stroud's name. Maybe even Hurts. Otherwise, up to you if 3 QB roster spots is worth it when it's headlined by Hurts and Stroud, but might be worth trying to get whatever you can get for both Murray and McCarthy. That's actually a tough question as to which has more ceiling. Usually, it's the running QB, but I can make a case for the younger guy in the better offense / organization. Hard to see either having a role for your team in a 1QB.

I don't respond to these questions in The Shark Pool though.

I assume you have tried shopping them. If not I would do that first.

Hurts is a keeper but, you have nice depth/upside so if you get a good offer on him I might risk moving him.

Remember, if you must drop one then get whatever value you can in a trade before giving them away for free.

If I must, I probably drop CJ. Sure he has a ton of pass catchers but I question the offensive philosophy and, after two seasons I'm getting real Mark Brunell vibes. Good NFL QB, good pass catchers, nice mobility, doesn't put the ball in the end zone.

JJ, I keep over CJ because of O'Connell. That guy could turn Schleprock Smurf into a Pro-Bowl QB. Oh, and also he has the other JJ.

Kyler is a drop option but he's your best runner by a good bit. Durability is a real issue and I don't love his coaches but, he can rush for 7 TDs by accident.
