Yeah, I am seeing stuff like this on Twitter, but without any more information, I won't put much stock in it:

The russian sub that was destroyed was a special AS-12 Losharik deep-sea submarine that is used to tamper with communications cables at the bottom of the ocean.

This is where the internet flows worldwide. The are attempting to hack our entire internet system.
