SD is just pecking their way down the field every possession. Brees is having a great game spreading it around.OAK is loading the line to stop the run.

For an older dude he seems pretty tough. Hung onto the ball and then a couple of plays later they called on him to run the ball. Of course he lost 4 yards, but still, to take a shot like that and then run it a few plays later, he's a salty old dog.

They just commented on Kerry Colllins' 4th quarter accuracy/stats, etc. Could that be because theyre never in the freaking game in the 4th quarter and the other team no longer cares? :wall:

I actually dropped him yesterday in a small roster redraft league. Going with Hasselbeck and Warner for the last few weeks. I think the Radiers should give their other QBs a chance to show what they've got for next year.
 
What ever happened to punters angling punts out of bounds inside the 20? Do they not have enough time to practice this anymore? What do they do all week? Wouldn't you rather have the ball punted out of bounds at the ten instead of having it bounce into the endzone for a touchback? What's the dealio?

LOL... i'm at my girlfriend's (another thing you may need defining on) apartment... and she doesn't have cable because she goes to school and works all day... normally i'd go to the bar or something, but i had some biz to catch up on, and my games were a lock... so now i get to enjoy the game for vicariously through you guys and gamecenter :popcorn:

Bummer. Running out of time for the LT/McCardell TDs I need. I hope the guy right behind me in the standings is losing too. I'll have to go see how he did.

Not that hard to believe. He was picked to be the best back to start this week. He usually under performs when it seems to be a shoe-in to do well. He falls on his face against easy defenses.

Not hard to believe? He had 180 yards and 3 TDs against this same Raiders defense earlier this year. :rolleyes:

I was amazed at how few penalties there were.I was also amazed at how the Raiders totally folded in the second half.Why do people keep giving Norv head coaching opportunities?Was it just me or did LaDainian not look right after the rib injury. I think part of it was they put a flack jacket on him and he wasn't used to it - you could see him fiddling with it after every play. But he also didn't look like he was running full tilt either. I hope it doesn't linger and is just a bruise and not a fracture.I hope the Chargers stay focused on the game this week, if they don't take the fins seriously they could lose this one.
