It's really dumb to have to penalize for something as harmless as that, but I am completely in favor of this dumb rule.

I wish they'd have thrown a flag after Michael bennett's awful wiggling dance after his completely ordinary tackle of a running back for a one yard loss.

I don't have any problem with players showing emotion or joy, but it has completely gotten out of hand. I really need to see a choreographed dance after every other routine play? It doesn't add anything to the game.
