Rocky Bernard update and police report details

I spoke with the Seattle court system, and since Bernard was arrested and booked early this morning (today), he will not be arraigned until tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, which means he has to stay in jail today and overnight.
Here is what the police report said, verbatim:
"Ofc. Briskey and I responded to a DV assault call, where the victim was waiting in a vehicle at (redacted). When we arrived, we contacted (redacted). They stated they were at (redacted) night club located at (redacted) and had left about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. They stated the victim's ex-boyfriend/father of her baby was at the club.
The victim and her friend (redacted) were standing standing next to the exit and noticed (redacted) in an altercation with an unknown female. The suspect walked toward the victim and punched her one time with a closed fist, striking her forehead, causing her forehead to hit the glass divider. The victim and the witness were concerned about their safety so they left the club quickly and ran towards a friend's car. Once they got inside the car the closed the doors (redacted) was outside the car and was hitting the windows as they drove away. The victim didn't know if the suspect was following her, so they drove to a safe location (redacted) and called 911 to report the assault. The victim was treated at a scene by SFD, but denied transport to the hospital for further medical attention. The victim complained of head pain, but no injuries or transient marks were located. A written statement was obtained by the victim at the scene. West precinct officers were called to check (redacted) for the suspect. The suspect was located and arrested for DV assault. Ofc. K. Jones unit 3D31 advised the suspect of his rights and the suspect stated he understood. The suspect was booked into KCJ. Sgt. Creamer screened the incident and arrest.
