Seahawks @ Atlanta (1 Viewer)

Lynch might run for 200 but im not crazy about seattles pass rush. Atl has enough weapons and as long as ryan is comfortable inthe pocket atl should win this one.

Are all Seahawk fans insufferable idiots, or just the ones posting on message boards? Serious question.

Don't see Atl matching the Sea intensity.

Lynch and Wilson will be too much....Seahawk train keeps on rolling.

Interesting game...if Seattle covers like they did early against Washington...Ryan should be able to pick them apart underneath.

Gonzo could be in for a nice game that way.

But ATL cannot run like Washington so that should neutralize some of that advantage ATL has in the pass game there.

ATL has a decent defense but were not great against the run...look for Sea to exploit that a bit.

In the end...Ryan has to prove he can win in the postseason.

Seattle reminds me of the 2007, 2011 Giants, hottest team at the right time playing great on all sides of the football..

yeah pretty hillarious for a franchise who has acheived nothing they sure have lots of ##### of fansliving in vancouver , the bandwagon is pretty full here

I'm not a homer. Had Beastmode on my team and being a SoCal guy followed them from the start with Carroll. They are just on a roll and have a TON of confidence. I think they win, and win easily vs. Atlanta, another team not coming into the playoffs the right way. When you keep your starters in because you want to have momentum you think you lost because you sat them in week 17 the year before, and you play said starters and get beat handily - that's not good.

Hey Canuck cousin, I don't think you have the right to bag on Seattle fans. Move over here and then talk.

Reasons for SEA concern:

* Browner attempting to cover Julio Jones.

* Matchup with Gonzalez against our LBs.

* Status of Clemons.

Reasons for SEA optimism:

* Seattle running game looks fierce.

* Seattle should be able to stop the run.

* Irvin played inspired in the fourth quarter after Clemons when down.

1 - They'll have to work on some double coverage with safety help, similar to what they did to Smith in the NFCCG in 052 - Not much to do about it. Dude's one of the smartest players on any field he steps on. He's going to get open and get the ball. Gotta limit it as much as possible through the pass rush

3 - Hopefully he's alright. Seems to me that non-contact injuries like that are usually bad. Huge loss, he's one of those 110% every play, big motor guys

1 - Yes. Beast mode on turf, indoors? Should theoretically improve on the 130/1 from today

2 - Agreed

3 - Irvin wasn't an every down guy and had a lot of rest in the game before then. No idea how strong he'll be when he's the go to guy.

It's a toss up of whether SF (time zone, proximity) or dome (Sherman baiting Ryan, Lynch) are a better advantage for Seattle, but I think the edge of wanting to go to Atl wins out. They're a little banged up and on a downslide and had a week off to get rusty. Balt and Houston were both sliding too though....

Also, I really don't like to see 10am PST games

Actually I think it's 9 or 9:30. Hopefully they just go there a day earlier.

I think it will be a 3 point game but I don't know who will win. And, yes, the Seattke fans here are #####. It's strange.
I said it in another thread....reminds me a TON of NE fans many years ago......except for one HUGE difference, I believe the pats won a ring prior to the douchebaggery setting in. Premature ejaculation...PE's as they should be called from this point forward (well at least until they win one...only 3 games to go....yet still 3 games to go).I think hawks are tough, and prior to today's game woulda picked them over atl, but not so sure now...I just wasn't impressed with them (maybe its from listening to the PE's pump them up so much....not sure). I do recall one of the logical hawks fans talking about the fact that they don't blitz enough....they had better against atl or its gonna be a track meet.

Here is where ATL fans are concerned about SEA.

Here is where SEA fans are not concerned about ATL.

That's a special memory. I remember them lining the OLB (D.D. Lewis?) on him just to hit him on every snap with a CB over the top. To be fair, that was a severely depleted CAR offense. Nick Goings and Brad Hoover in the backfield?

Not sure if it will be this week or next, but it's getting close to the time that Wilson either quits or chokes.

Goings got knocked out early too. They hit him at the line and had 2 other guys on him every play.
