I'm watching ESPN, and they're reporting that New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton has tested positive for the Coronavirus. Don't know all the details, but hopefully, Adam Schefter will have more details.
If he had no fever and no cough, why did he test for this virus? Because he didn't feel well? Here in NY, getting tested is apparently very difficult to do at the moment, even with some symptoms. Something's wrong here..

Yea something is disturbingly wrong. At one point the state of Oklahoma used half their supply to test the Thunder.
Saw this tweet the other day that made me laugh:
If you're going to the hospital for a covid-19 test make sure you bring with you a valid form of identification along with a printout of your IMDB page and/or your Basketball Reference stats
On the same day that Utah Jazz player Rudy Gobert fell ill in Oklahoma and was tested for the coronavirus this month, a female paramedic lay in a Tulsa hospital bed a little more than a hundred miles away, unable to obtain a test.

And this is why the numbers are absolutely meaningless. There are far too many sportsmen, politicians and celebrities with access to tests that the general public don’t have, that are testing positive for it to tally with overall numbers. The reality is hundreds of thousands of people already have it or have had it and merely self isolating and recovering on their own. They won’t be part of the statistics ever unless they get the antibody test down the road
The NFL did suspend him for a year once, maybe they wanted someone to say they tested positive so they could help get the country to take the threat more seriously...
Nah, that's the kind of conspiracy stuff that would never happen in the transparent NFL under the great leadership of Roger Goodell.
