Seattle got the raincloud icon on the NFL Weather report. Can any local advise on the rain situation. David Akers owner here...

Amazingly this is the 1st year I can remember that has had 0 games affected by snow. Heck last year I think it was week 6 or 7 there was a huge snow storm game. I have never seen a year without any snow games.

Haven't had rain in a while but dang it's been cold. Weather reports say 40% chance of rain...I would start Akers with confidence regardless.

The impact of rain on a football game is dramatically less when the game is played on turf vs. if it's played on grass. Rainy weather on Seattle's turf field wouldn't prevent me from starting anybody, or lean me to starting anyone more than I would if the game was played in clear weather.

I think you give a slight bump to the 2 D/ST if there is rain, but nothing dramatic.

He's the No. 1 kicker in most fantasy leagues. Unless there's wind gusts of around 50 mph I think Akers is locked into your starting lineup every week withuot worry.
