SHARK POOL SUICIDE POOL (1 Viewer)

I did it last year.

the poster who goes by "TC" said he was doing it this year. He got the spreadsheet from me, but it does seem about time to get it crackin.

Well if somebody already volunteered to do it. I'll wait until Tuesday. If he doesn't start it up by then, I just start it myself.

Hey, Thanks! I was considering volunteering myself. If I can help in any way PM me and let me know how.I agree that week one looks tough. Jax seemed like one of the better options originally, but with the recent news, that's up in the air too. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of people drop early this year. Might make it easier to track.

Sorry for the hijack, but I'm a year-round lurker and occasional poster, but what's up with the :sehorn:? I must have missed that one in the FFA or something...TIA
When you mark a thread as read, you used to get the blackdot glowing thing.... thus : blackdot :.When they changed the message boards it morphed into this http://forumimages.footballguys.com/style_...r/f_hot_dot.gif

thus... :white corner: = Jason Sehorn = :sehorn:

Oh, LOL, thanks... I've seen the :whitecorner:, I just never put two and two together, thanks!

It shouldn't be too hard to make this self-policing. Just make a pick & get out if you're wrong. Anybody claiming to be a winner at the end could be double-checked.

Wasn''t that Falguy's puppy?
I don't remember Falguy doing a suicide pool. He use to do the one where you picked a QB, couple of RB's and WR's, etc. He use to call it Falguy's weekly challenge... great pool. Someone else ran it last year if I remember right.Anyone know if someone is running something like that this year??

Here is what the rules were for the last year he did it, 2005 (this is from the 1st week):

=======

WEEK #1

=======

Select a team of players each week. I will calculate the points your team earns and accumulate them for the duration of the 2005 regular season. At the end we will declare the champion. Unlike the FBG FFTOC pool, you can use a player more than once. You can use the same guy each week if you wish.

Scoring:

1 - 25 Yards Passing

4 - Passing TDs

-2 - Ints

1 - 10 Yards Rushing/Receiving

6 - Rushing/Receiving TDs

3 - All Field Goals

1 - Extra Points

I've taken out the defensive scoring this year due to the fact that it is difficult to calculate the points and I'm getting lazy. Your weekly team will consist of:

1QB,2RB,3WR,1TE,1K

Enter your picks in the following format:

This is important as my application requires that the picks are entered in this format. Please follow this standard.

QB -

RB -

RB -

WR -

WR -

WR -

TE -

K -

Please type the players full name

Misc:

* All position can score any types of points (if a RB throws a TD pass he gets 4 points for it etc )

* Line-ups must be in by NOON (EST) Sunday, anything after that will be disqualified

* You can edit your post as often as necessary until Sunday at noon.

* I will post the results on Tuesday or Wednesday
