...how much time does he put in.

i am torn as to whether or no to play him vs San Fran.

He could ,and most likely, only play a handful of reps and morris would get most of the work.

Pretty risky start but man i need him.

I can't stop thinking about how awful he looked before he got hurt. His YPC was pathetic. He was not the ATM (automatic Touchdown Machine) we were used to in fantasy world. I don't see him being that effective for his first game back. Maybe somewhere along the lines of 15 carries 60 yards, and a TD? If that will get you through this week, I'd plug him in. If not, I'd look elsewhere.

I would love to see a seahawk practice to tell give you a difinative answer.

If he looks good and has no pain he might as well play the entire game. I also see how ineffective Seatlle has been running the ball and I'm a bit skeptic of how he will do when he returns. However, to end on a good note. He should be well rested going against defenses showing tear and tear throughout the season. We could very well see another LJ push like last year. However, I doubt to that extent.

It's the friggin 49ers........of course you start him. Even if he only gets 60-70 yards, he has as good of a chance at 2-3 TD as anyone whose name doesn't start with the letter L (see Tomlinson, Ladainian or Johnson, Larry). Unless that is you think MoMo is signficantly better than the league MVP.

Running game strugling? Momo has went for 262 over last two weeks.

Rams and Raiders dont have steller defenses
And the 49ers have.........????????? Come on man. I'm calling it: Alexander this weekend; 95 combined yards and 2 TDS. If you have someone better than that, play them. By the way: MoMo is 3rd in the entire league in rushing yards over last two weeks with 262, the run game is not struggling.

He was hurt then as well. He kept it from everyone until it was obvious and also it became worse.

I don't trust him his first week back. Is he going to be in "game shape" if he was just cleared to practice this week? I bet he see's 10 carries at most. What if the game is in control, would the walrus risk it by playing him? Too many questions for me. 35yds with .3TD's for my prediction.

I don't think Hass or Alexander will start, and probably won't even play. They have a big cushion on their division and playing the 49ers...they aren't going to rush back their stars for this game.

They don't need them for the 49ers...they need Hass and Alexander 100% for the end of the season.

Morris and Seneca have been getting it done just fine, and they are playing the 49ers...I wouldn't look to get anything from Alexander or Hass this week.

They need every win they can get. Coaches do not game plan around edging into a wildcard spot. Seattle will definitely want to lock up the NFC and gain home field.BUT for your reasons is why I think Holmgren will take a careful approach to rushing Hasselbeck back into the lineup. Wallace has shown he can be steady, MoMo has not. Plus, how better to ease Hasslebeck back than to have Shaun up to game speed to rely on. Take the pressure off.You dig?

thank you. I realize we will know much more by the end of the week.

I'm not sure why everyone continues to think this. Yes, the Raiders offense is the worst offense probably in the last 10 years in the NFL but their defense is solid. They are ranked 7th overall albeit much better against the pass than the run but they don't give up a bunch of points. Their problem is that they just don't score any.
