it's possible, but we don't know it happened like that right now.he might've gone there for whatever reason, acted goofy and got emotional, then the coaches follow him to teh parking lot and confront him and he spontaneously whips the gun out and kills himself.who knows. There must be a story about why he decided to end it at the team facilities. I am not sure I want to hear it, this is all pretty dark for me, but clearly he picked that spot for a reason.
My intent isn't to speculate but the info coming out is that he was confronted by coaches or team personnel as he entered and then he shot himself. There must be a story about why he decided to end it at the team facilities. probably better his family tells him considering it's all over the internet.how would you like to google that news up when you're 9?Given the child's age, do you even bother? Just wondering. Tough situation there.Hopefully they will have the help of professionals that are trained to handle such situations. Whenever they do, there is never a good time to hear that daddy shot mommy and then killed himself.if family takes that kid in, what age do you think they break the news? One of the twitter links to La Canfora reports that Belcher has a two-month old child...TRAGIC:( Poor thing. What an ugly situation.

Not trying to read into another persons thoughts, but I think they mean don't mention it at all. If it is only an infant and another couple take over raising the child, raise it as their own. That may seem wrong, but I am sure it happens all the time.probably better his family tells him considering it's all over the internet.how would you like to google that news up when you're 9?Given the child's age, do you even bother? Thanks. That's what I was trying to say but couldn't put it into the right words. Not trying to read into another persons thoughts, but I think they mean don't mention it at all. Good. Sometimes being the first to break a story should not be that important. And people are really pissed at La Canfora for reporting this before the police may have had the opportunity to notify the family and they had the chance to publicly release the player`s name...stay tuned, as there could be some backlash coming the way of La Canfora.
That gave me a chill.Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanforaKCPD say the player thanked both men before taking his life, and that Pioli and Crennel did not feel threatened. KCPD not revealing identity

yeah, because it's so much better for the family when they hear the news from the police. And people are really pissed at La Canfora for reporting this before the police may have had the opportunity to notify the family and they had the chance to publicly release the player`s name...stay tuned, as there could be some backlash coming the way of La Canfora.
I can't imagine the trauma Pioli and Crennel will have to live with if they actually witnessed this or if they feel somewhat responsible for causing it by "confronting" him in the parking lot. Actually, as a criminal justice participant, I am aware that the police have officers trained in grief counselling and such, so yes, I would suggest that it would be better to hear from that source rather than read it on twitter. Just sayin...yeah, because it's so much better for the family when they hear the news from the police. And people are really pissed at La Canfora for reporting this before the police may have had the opportunity to notify the family and they had the chance to publicly release the player`s name...stay tuned, as there could be some backlash coming the way of La Canfora.
Add the GFs mother witnessing her daughters murder. Man what a horrible situation that involves way too many innocent people affected for the rest of their lives. Thoughts and prayers to all involved who are left to deal with this tragedy.I can't imagine the trauma Pioli and Crennel will have to live with if they actually witnessed this or if they feel somewhat responsible for causing it by "confronting" him in the parking lot. thx for the infoDanny Parkins @DannyParkinsThe player apparently was confronted with #Chiefs coaches in the parking lot before he put the gun to his head and committed suicide.
I dont get this....IF the chiefs are aware of a criminal situation, WTF are the coaches going out to confront him in the parking lot?Why aren't the police already at the facility of the suspect who has a job he may be thinking he needs to get to?If they aren't aware, WTF are the coaches going to confront him about in the parking lot? (Is this how tardy on Saturday is handled? coaches say see you tuesday in the parking lot dont come in?) What were they confronting him about????Danny Parkins @DannyParkinsThe player apparently was confronted with #Chiefs coaches in the parking lot before he put the gun to his head and committed suicide.
Maybe they were informed of the situation and then heard he was outside and decided to try and prevent more senseless violence? It is still early in the story, I am sure there are a lot of questions that are yet to be answered, and some that may never be answered.I dont get this....IF the chiefs are aware of a criminal situation, WTF are the head coach and GM going out to confront him in the parking lot?Why aren't the police already at the facility of the suspect who has a job he needs to get to?If they aren't aware, WTF are the GM and Coach going to confront him about in the parking lot? Due to this incident or does he have a history of violence?Danny Parkins @DannyParkins

Wow. Obviously secondary to what has happened and how it will impact a lot of innocent people, but I'm guessing the medical community won't be able to analyze his brain now as they have with others in recent years. Sounds like violence was an issue with him.
He's such an attention wh0re.
I don't even get it. Is that supposed to be a funny joke or something? He's such an attention wh0re.
I think I misread this tweet as thinking there were previous issues. My mistake:Kansas City Star @KCStarDue to this incident or does he have a history of violence?Danny Parkins @DannyParkins

That was tweeted Sept 16.I don't even get it. Is that supposed to be a funny joke or something? He's such an attention wh0re.
I think Reilly is a hack but I am not going to get on him too much for this one. It was an unfunny tweet written in September. Unfortunate because of the now circumstances but he did not write this tweet in response or commentary of this incident.I don't even get it. Is that supposed to be a funny joke or something? He's such an attention wh0re.
Yeah - the OP on that link should have specified it wasn't related to this, but I guess the conclusion people jumped to was the shock he was going for. That was tweeted Sept 16.I don't even get it. Is that supposed to be a funny joke or something? He's such an attention wh0re.
Why post something that he tweeted back in September?I don't even get it. Is that supposed to be a funny joke or something? He's such an attention wh0re.
Attention. There must be a story about why he decided to end it at the team facilities. I am not sure I want to hear it, this is all pretty dark for me, but clearly he picked that spot for a reason.
If he intended to visit one of the other players then maybe.I wonder if he had intended to enter the Chiefs facility prior to being confronted by Pioli and Crennel - probably a good thing they stepped up at the price of having to witness the horror themselves.
It is surprising his name has not leaked out somehow by this point.

Police say Belcher left the scene and drove to the stadium where he was confronted by team personnel, including GM Scott Pioli and head coach Romeo Crennel. According to police, they tried to keep Belcher from committing additional acts of violence.Just as police arrived on the scene, they heard a gunshot and discovered Belcher had shot himself in the head.Attention.There must be a story about why he decided to end it at the team facilities. I know what happened... I was subtly trying to hint at a possible reason he came to arrowhead stadium and that stopping him from visiting another player may have been the better of two terrible situations.Police say Belcher left the scene and drove to the stadium where he was confronted by team personnel, including GM Scott Pioli and head coach Romeo Crennel.
