his TD catch was pretty nice.

Same as Bowe, showing that "my ball" mentality.

I caught the highlight of that grab and although somebody was playing it down as a garbage time TD in Bobby Wade thread, I thought it was an awesome grab, great body control. I saw a great response to that comment about it being a "garbage time" TD.. This poster in response was that he loved the fact that the kid didn't make a show about his first TD, just handed the ball to the official and ran to his special teams spot to help try to recover the onside kick.

It was a tremendous catch. Bush wasn't playing "garbage time" coverage (or maybe he always does).Probably no one cares, but Rice did not hand the ball to the official; he performed a rather demonstrative spike. Not that I think it means anything about him personally--it was his first NFL TD.

i dont care if he spiked the ball off the wall padding or handed it to an official. I took a chance being that I am pretty solid at wr in my 14 team keeper ( wayne, fitz, coles, mason,) and drafted him before , (bowe,ginn,meachum) so its nice to see him take advantage of the few targets he's getting.

Before the draft, I thought Rice had the second most talent of any RB in this class.

Well, knowing the different posters that have been around a while, yeah I think so... most of the long time posters know who each other are, and know who is clueless and who just was typing fast without thinking. I have Rice in my dynasty, I had commented on him prior to the draft in threads about rookie WRs, it's pretty obvious I knew he was a WR.
