Unless Favre was injured, I doubt it was his last start, or his last consecutive start.I'd definitely consider Rice as a flyer if you have roster space.

Rice clearly didn't have his seperation speed, yet. I say "yet" hesitantly, as it's no guarantee it will return. But there's no reason to doubt that after 1 game.
