Sleeper DEF/SP week 1 (1 Viewer)

For those of us without the luxury of having the SD/MN/NE/CHI etc defense/special teams.

Im looking for Week One sleeper Defenses to start then probably discard once the week is over.

Of course the matchup is the most important part of the equation.

Two stick out in my mind right away to plug in there for One Week.

1. AZ D @ SF

I would expect at least a couple sacks and possible turnovers against the Mike Martz offense.

2. NYJ D @ MIAMI

With Miami's offense in transition and NYJ revamped D, this could be a very good matchup for NYJ to not allow many points at all. Although Pennington doesnt turn the ball over too much.

Gotta at least consider the Lions going up against a reshuffled Atlanta team with a rookie QB.

I also like Buffalo against Seattle, but there's a good chance that Buffalo was taken in the draft.

I've got Detroit going in at least one league.

The main problem I see with Detroit is that it doesn't have Rogers anymore, so Burner may run wild on the Lions.

But Ryan should be good for at least a couple interceptions in his first QB start.
