I use Safari and for the past 6-7 weeks the Gamecenter has showed nothing for me. No stats, graphics, nothing. I use Yahoo! now and it is just as good.

I quit watching on NFL.com this year and went to Sportsline... it's basically the same format as what the NFL had in the past.

It is literally the only aspect of the graphic that serves no informational purpose. Now, if they actually jiggled when players hit them, that would be cool.

Well, the gigantic team logo at the 50-yard line serves no purpose either, given that the home team is already indicated in several other spots on the screen. The only thing that logo does ins confuse me about who has the ball half the time, although maybe that's just me.

Well, it does indicate the home team, even if it is redundant. I guess the goalposts aren't necessary either, but the pylons just look funny to me, especially because they're only on one side of the field.

Me too......plus they no longer show the scoring plays on the main GameCenter page....instead they replaced it with Video and a write up. If you want to see this you have to click on the Box Score.

Oddly enough, I just noticed these for the first time today. I take it they aren't new? But I thought the same thing when I saw them, why?
