SSL2 Draft Thread part 2 (1 Viewer)

Heading to bed. I'll got two guys I want and then I'm not sure. So I'll send a list of 2 to Jeter. If they're both gone, I'll be checking in early tomorrow EDT. Thanks.

I came 'this' close to doing something really risky here, but ultimately couldn't pull the trigger. I think this is a decent alternative:

6.08 Derrick Mason - BAL/7 - WR34

Sorry for the delay ---- hard day at work and I still have a five hour drive

6.16 Felix Jones Cowboys RB

and

7.1 Jamal Lewis Browns RB

will PM domination

7.03 Devin Hester, WR, CHI

PMing next

Not thrilled with this pick, but his upside with Cutler seems like too much to pass up on.

Gents I'll be offline all day tomorrow - the Cubs are retiring #31 (Ferguson Jenkins and Greg Maddux) and I'll be at Wrigley for the festivities. Draft summary is updated.
:bs: Who's on tap for next week...Ron Cey and Goose Gossage???
More and more I'm really starting to think you're a LHUCKS alias. Regardless there's something seriously wrong with you.
Better chance of you being a Sox fan than me being Lhucks.Explain why the Cubs would retire the number of players whose best years were in other cities. Nevermind, I've seen the Cubs play and know the answer.

Fergie Jenkins: 1966 - 1973 as a Cub (retired as a Cub in 1983) Six straight seasons with 20 or more wins (1967-1972) ALL as a Cub Three time All-Star ('67, '71, '72) ALL as a Cub1971 NL Cy Young Award winner (again, as a Cub) With Maddux you have a more valid point, although he certainly spent a fair amount of time in a Cubs uniform. Jenkins and Maddux are 2 of only 4 major league pitchers to ever record more than 3,000 strikeouts and fewer than 1,000 walks. Troll.

FYI...signing you own posts isn't really that cool.

See Willie Hernandez. 0-13 one year for the Cubbies, AL Cy Young winner for the Tigers a few years later. Oh yea, and World Series Ring. Peace

GF let me over-sleep. Thought for sure I'd have held up the draft a little bit.

Auugh. Sorry fellas, it's the RFA Period in my longest running, highest stakes Dynasty, and I'm embroilded in the midst of a controversy that's been hogging my attention for the last 12 Hours, including overnight. This completely slipped my mind. I'll be caught up in a few and get a pick up and PM. Sorry again, and thanks.

PS: Just made the pick below, but didn't want to edit the post. Sorry I took so long, and thanks to everyone for being patient.

Small consolation that at least it was FF that had me derailed, and not something silly like real life.
