SSL2 Draft Thread part 2 (1 Viewer)

Heading to bed. I'll got two guys I want and then I'm not sure. So I'll send a list of 2 to Jeter. If they're both gone, I'll be checking in early tomorrow EDT. Thanks.

 
I came 'this' close to doing something really risky here, but ultimately couldn't pull the trigger. I think this is a decent alternative:

Better chance of you being a Sox fan than me being Lhucks.Explain why the Cubs would retire the number of players whose best years were in other cities. Nevermind, I've seen the Cubs play and know the answer.

Fergie Jenkins: 1966 - 1973 as a Cub (retired as a Cub in 1983) Six straight seasons with 20 or more wins (1967-1972) ALL as a Cub Three time All-Star ('67, '71, '72) ALL as a Cub1971 NL Cy Young Award winner (again, as a Cub) With Maddux you have a more valid point, although he certainly spent a fair amount of time in a Cubs uniform. Jenkins and Maddux are 2 of only 4 major league pitchers to ever record more than 3,000 strikeouts and fewer than 1,000 walks. Troll.

Auugh. Sorry fellas, it's the RFA Period in my longest running, highest stakes Dynasty, and I'm embroilded in the midst of a controversy that's been hogging my attention for the last 12 Hours, including overnight. This completely slipped my mind. I'll be caught up in a few and get a pick up and PM. Sorry again, and thanks.

Small consolation that at least it was FF that had me derailed, and not something silly like real life.
