1.1 Steven Jackson RB Rams

I really don't hink that he will be the top RB, but I just wanted to begin the draft with some good will for those immediately following me so that they may leave me some value later. That is how much I respect those at this turn.

Will PM Evilgrin

In the process you disrespected the 1.1 position.

I hate that this guy hardly catches the ball, but I'll still take...

1.04 Michael Turner, RB4, ATL

PMing Ram

1.05 Steve Slaton RB HouDrinking the Kool-AidPming the next twopeace
Info for Radballs and Jeter23. I have spotty access at work to the net. However if you PM DOMINATION, he has my cell and can let me know when i am up and i can sneak off and get on the net. That is much more efficient than PMing me.ThanksPeace

Per PM, Valence selects:

Chris Johnson RB TEN

Larry Fitzgerald WR AZ

Michael Turner RB ATL

Andre Johnson WR HOU

PM'ing ne... wait - that would be me...

1.09 Matt Forte, RB07, Chicago Bears

I see his receptions dropping a bit, but his TD numbers going up. There's currently nobody in Chicago to take carries away from him - I can't say that for the other guys I would consider here.

PM'ing next 2.

1.10: Reggie Wayne, WR Colts

Wayne could be surrounded by the best supporting cast he's ever been a part of in Indy, if these new additions contribute as expected...

PM'ing!

1.13 LaDanian Tomlinson RB SD

ETA: PM sent,

but not making any promises on delivery,

if someone else wants to send one

The pick or the apple polishing text that followed? Does anyone truly know that ADP or MJD will perform better in 09 than S Jackson?

1.16 D.Brees QB NO2.01 J.Witten TE DalPM to Duke
Going a slightly different direction than WSL3, eh? Actually, you're the first turn guy in 8 survivor drafts (this year) to go without an RB or a WR... ETA - actually the first guy from any position this year to skip both RB and WR in the first 2 rounds (not that you'd see that on the front 1/2 of the draft, anyway). The last time I see that it happened was last year in SSL4... teamramrod. So at least you're in good company. (it actually happened twice in the SSLs last year and both times involved Brady) Restless I can take your list. FYI, Most weekdays I'm at the computer until around 5:30pm CDT, then jump off until 9pm or so.

Definately a different direction for me - but I like my selections. Who I can land at the RB and WR slots will determine if it was a good gamble. TBD. Stay tuned!

I think that from the #16 spot, this is a very smart grouping. He selected the top person at each position, which is something he would not have been able to do otherwise. A year or two ago, at the #16, he might have gotten the #1 WR, a lot has changed since then.

If the Duke shows & makes his pick, please PM me - I have restless natives' pick and will jump back online.

TIA.

pretty good first day (so far).

Despite the ridicule I endured and Brady going down in the first week, i did move up two leagues in the SSL. Proof is in my drafting prowess. You all should quit now.Peace

2.04 Clinton Portis RB WAS

My team is going to blow,

RB value all draft,

and all I'll be able to do is suck it away from other teams

ETA: Ghost PM's sent
