Starting a STUD in one league and playing against him in another? (1 Viewer)

I have LT in one playoff game today and am up against him in another.

Anyone ever have this situation and have the player get the "perfect stats" and win both matchups?

I did this last year during the regular season when Tony Gonzalez had 7 receptions for around 90 yards and he won my game in one league, but if he had one more reception or 10 more yards, I would have lost the game in another league. Won both. Really hope it happens today, but it would have to be a miracle.

How common are these "miracles"?

had chad in one league and i played my co owner from that in another league who had chad...this was the week chad BLEW UP too

starting Vick in one, playing against him in the other.

So far up 23-5 in one league and 48-32 in the other. The 2nd league - Vick put up 32 all on his own while my 48 came from Gore/Romo.

Why would it have to be a miracle to win both? If LT puts up, say, 16-20 points instead of 30+, he'd help you win one game but it's not so much that he'd kill you in the other. It's pretty common for those of us in a bunch of leagues to be going against our own players from week to week, and it often works out fine. That's because a lineup is 8-9 players, not just one. Unless a guy completely blows up, games against a stud are very winnable if the rest of your lineup is strong.
