The Cards def really picked it up and is what has been the difference maker for their playoff run. Forcing turnovers and creating pressure. I dont think Pitt off line is good enough, the run game isnt as strong as usual and i think arizona showed that they can react better to the blitz. I think they have a simular off game plan as they did against the Eagles but I think their def makes the difference.
People are criticizing the plaaycalling in the Ravens game, but the calls were fine, if Sweed doesnt drop an easy TD and if Ward was in this game should have been a 20 point win
LUV the Cards getting the pts..Always take the former underling coaches going up against their former pupils/players/employers.Cards will win this thing by 8-10 pts..if they get out to an early lead, not sure Big Ben will be able to play catch-up , needing to throw to win the game - he'll get killed that way. That offensive line is a sieve, their pass-protection is atrocious..Az will get after Ben and sack him 4-5 times..FWP will do nothing against a defense that has stopped Turner, D. Williams/Stewart, Westbrook/Buckhalter in consecutive weeks. FWP is nothing compared to those guys, and the Pitt running game is somewhat shaky, compared to what these other teams have accomplished..Az 28Pitt 17

FWP dropped another pass that he would have taken inside the 10 if not a TD. That said I think Arians insistance on running Parker up the middle repeatedly on 1st downs was ridiculous.
I've doubted AZ the entire postseason. But I just don't see them doing well against that Steeler defense. I don't think they'll get more than maybe 20 points total. It's a question of whether Big Ben and company can outscore that (which I think they can)...
I don't, either, but you never know. The Chargers put up 24 on the Steelers just last week, and with no running game to boot, and the Cardinals did just put up 32 on the 3rd-ranked defense.
I don't see how the Steelers lose unless they get hammered with turnovers. But the thing is, we saw just how important it is to win "on paper". The team that plays best will win, not necessarily the best team.
I would be much more likely to give the 6.5 if I had to say right now.

Agreed but the Steelers allowed two late TDs when the game was in hand. Good point on the Cards scoring 32 on the Eagles defense though. The Eagles have a tough defense but I like the Steelers defense much better.Should be a good game...
this is a tough one, thank god we have two weeks to mull it over. right now i lean arizona +6.5, but i may have to change that to pitt before its all over... we'll see
