Who's it going to be? Consensus seems to say Shaun Phillips, but to be honest I haven't heard much about him.

To confirm, Foley was their SLB correct?

Shaun Phillips might be the best pass-rusher on the team. He won't be as good against the run as Foley. He might lead the team in sacks, though. It'll be a race between him and Merriman.
