Rotoworld-According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Steven Jackson (quad) is "questionable to doubtful" for Week 3 against the Ravens.

Jackson returned to limited practice Thursday, but "didn't get much work in." His backup Cadillac Williams is also looking dicey for Week 3 after missing two consecutive practices with a hamstring injury. If neither are able to give it a go against the Ravens, the Rams would be forced to go with a tandem of Jerious Norwood and Quinn Porter at running back. It's a situation to avoid against a Ravens' front seven that has neutralized the run early on this season.

Need this guy back...soon

picked up Norwood when I heard about caddy's blown gasket (hammy). He;s not a long term solution as he is freail as hell, but he does have wheels and looked good when he wasn't hurt in atlanta,

I think you'd have to be pretty desperate to start any Rams RB against the Ravens. Jackson has a decent match up against Washington next week, then a BYE, hopefully he can get it going after that.

Good. I hope he sits this week. Wasn't a viable play against BAL anyway. Owners really need him healthy for the good stretch after his bye.

I own him and will be needing him...but I agree with this. If I were the Rams and had any questions about SJ, he'd sit. He might be useful against Washington in Week 4...but then they have a BYE. He should sit this week for sure and maybe even week 4. He'd then have been rested for a good full 4 weeks.I'd play Brandon Jacobs against an Eagles defense in his place if he's out...and I may do so anyway.

Between Charles and Jackson, this is some bull####. Fantasy season was over before it began. :hot:
I was saying that to a buddy of mine after the Charles injury...imagine the poor sap who drafted those two thinking they were set at RB then Jackson goes down after one play and Charles lost for the season. Oof.
