Stevie Johnson blows up at Fantasy owner on Twitter (1 Viewer)

Some geeky looking guy on twitter took a dig at Stevie Johnson. When he wrote to stevie, "Instead of tweeting your ##### ### #### , focus on actually making a contribution to my fantasy team this week ."

Johnson actually responded on twitter and blew up at the kid saying,

"Bra @jakerichau shut tha #### up wit that clown #### idgaf bout yo fantasy team! Live ur life n worry bout that fukkD up hairdo in yo avi!"

The funny thing is I think the kid has a point. Stevie Johnson seems to want the attention with all the tweeting and appearances on radio shows but he seems to be more caught up in being in a celebrity than he does at being a football player.

He is turning into a Bust this year after a promising start and he really should focus more on his game and less on offfield appearances and the limelight that comes with being a football player.

Slumps tend to be frustrating for athletes too, not just FF players. So he snapped at some punk on twitter. Not gonna read much into that.

Players have lives too. It takes all of what, a minute to send a tweet? You can send them and still be productive as an NFL player.

Fitzpatrick hasn't been great either lately.

Telling athletes to "get off Twitter" and produce/get in the playbook/get in the trainer's room etc is the most played out thing since FBGs "point at the shirt", "Cool story bro" and "keep us updated on your team".

The kid's response to Stevie is pretty funny though.

What kind of language is this ?

Klingon ?
Internetese-Ebonics fusion.
"Bro, @name, shut the F up with that clown shi!t, I-don't-give'-a-F about your fantasy team! Live your life and worry about that F-ed up hairdo in your avatar"
Please don't circumvent the Stevie Johnson language filter.

It's fans like this that give fantasy football a bad rap. Does anyone really think that any NFL player is out there performing so one of us can win our fantasy league?

Stevie has actually played okay while Fitz has been awful. I can't count the number of times Stevie beats his man and Fitz throws it too short (on deep throws) or high (on slants).

From what I have seen Fitz is playing like poo. I saw 2 rz chances for Johnson last week; 1 early and 1 late and both times Fitz fired the ball over Johnson's head. The first throw Johnson was wide open on the slant at about the 5 and very well could have been a TD with a decent pass. The 2nd attempt was at the gl and again it was way too high and it would have been td if it had been a decent pass. I know Johnson has been hurt and that has affected his production, but that didn't seem to be the case last week. Anyone have a clue (not a believer that it is the contract) as to what is wrong with Fitz? Happy T-DAY everyone!

I'm a bit more concerned with the rap career and constant public and radio appearances all while he is missing practices. He does seem to lack focus.

I couldn't imagine writing (tweeting) something like that. Where I come from, how you write reflects on how (and who) others perceive you to be.

Stevie Johnson is the moron that makes other morons say, "Wow, what a moron!"

Give the guy a break. Do you tweet? Didn't think so...

Give the guy a break? Didn't he "tweet" God last season for making him drop a pass?Yeah. Sorry Mrs. Johnson, but I call 'em like I read 'em.

I bet he really cares how you feel.

Yes. I think he is just dumb enough for that statement to be true.Case in point; the original subject matter here. He blew up on a complete stranger because he cared about what he thought. You're one "B" too many from having the perfect nickname.

How do you know he blew up? You can tell what type of tone he was using? If his stupidity bothers you that much. Why don't you send him a tweet? Another note, your attempts at name calling doesn't bother me. Keep trying though, as you mentioned in your earlier post, the way you write reflects what type of a person you are.

I bet he does if Dizzy tweets him. Dizzy, want to test this theory?

from Matthew Berry's Love/Hate this week:

"Stevie Johnson, WR, Bills: Why so serious, Stevie? Because we drafted you high, that's why."

Stevie had a good fantasy game but blew it big time again on the Final Drive. He was wide open on a deep crossing route and it looked like he might score on the play. Fitzpatrick hit him in perfect stride but Johnson dropped it again.

Wonder if Stevie will blame God again? Or maybe he'll blame the geeky kid this time for putting negative thoughts in his head.

Btw, looks like he spent a lot of time thinking about the TD celebration and it was funny. Too bad it cost them 15 yards and contributed to a bad kickoff afterwards.

To be fair, it would be hard not to be laughing about that kid's haircut while the ball is in the air on a long pass.
