Bought 100 TVIX at 12.3, which immediate ran to $15 then dropped to 7.40, now up to 11.50. - all within 8 minutes

I'm not a Tesla investor or seller.

But I am fairly diversified across all accounts, not like it matters on a day like today.

At what levels do you start looking to put money to work?

Just under 24k is 10% from the high on the DJIA... Although, after a day like today, you do have to take a pause and question what all the selling was about. We aren't facing an imminent recession, wages are growing, & unemployment is low.

Maybe credit is starting to feel extended in a rising rate world, but a light yellow flag as of now at the worst.

So, from what I gathered on XIV, in this particular ETN (according to someone who seems to have a brain on Stocktwits, rare occurrence*), if the front month of the underlying asset moves more than 80% in a day, it creates a termination event.
