I would guess: launch from Cape Canaveral. They often look like that. There was one July 18 so maybe this video was shot then.

I guess I don't think it's that strange looking?   It's a different kind of condensation trail, but that could be an atmospheric pressure I think I would think.

Miami is a pretty good distance from Kennedy. Unusual for a rocket to be launched toward the south.
