Summary of How Top Rookie IDP Are Doing (1 Viewer)

Did Jon Alston get cut?
Different player, different team, same name, I think. Double checking. Here's what I found.Jon Alston, OL, Washington has been cut.Jon Alston, rookie flex player, Rams, is behind and struggling with special teams where he hoped to excel, but he's aboard the roster as of now. I'll be very surprised if he gets cut. He was behind because of the trimester deal at Stanford-- had to miss 20 something practices. Then he hyperextended his knee and had some downtime.

Ok, must be an MFL flaw then.

Meaningless stuff that interests me.

Freddie Roach got cut at the 75 marker in NE, but rumor has it, they let him go early to give him a chance to catch on somewhere. Not much of a chance if true, but the Saints should be interested.

Spencer Havner is impressing in Washington. They have 8 LBs on the roster at the 75 marker, and they will probably carry 7. Warrick Holdman (seventh year), Khary Campbell (fourth year), Jeff Posey (eighth year), Lemar Marshall (fifth year); Robert McCune (second year), and Marcus Washington (sixth year), Rocky MacIntosh ®, and Havner ®. Who goes?

I have the last pick in my rookie draft and all these guys are left:Anthony SmithDawan LandryJarrod PageWho's got the most dynsaty value????
Anthony Smith. He's going to start at FS sooner than later. Chris Hope showed last year that the Steelers FS can be active on the stat sheet. Page has looked good, but I like Pollard better, and I think Smith has a better chance of sticking as a long term starter. Landry is only getting a shot because the safety corps in Baltimore are weak, I'm not sure he's long term starter material.
I'm up in the draft.Smith just went ( ) so i have the following in my sights:LandryPageTulloch (TEN LB)D Thomas (NE TE)orMarques Colston (NO #2 WR)Let me know what you think.

Your DBs are already solid as can be. If you think a rookie with a probable starting gig at WR might be a nice addition, take Colston. IDPs usually have some left over depth in these deep leagues, not WRs. my .02.Of course, I'm on the Colston koolaid and currently in a bidding war for him.

Good call on Colston.

He was on my sleeper list right after the draft. Of course, I have Chase Lyman on my sleeper list too.

Back to DB. Since you have Greg Wesley on your roster, you might consider taking Page. This guarantees you'll have a starter if Page replaces Wesley. And the FS for KC has traditionally been a decent scorer. However, that was before the switch to cover-2.
