Sounds like there was some positive news this weekend that he's expected to be ready for week 1
Guess what? I spent all yesterday with Hot Sauce telling people he wouldn’t be ready and that the Chargers GM was lying. So then I get met with resistance and figure I’ll hedge my bets and draft him here. Well, I shoulda stuck guns with both JCM and Najee because I’m pretty sure I was right about both. Damn.
But thank you, Ilov. I know you’re being cool and kind and supportive. I just need that lack of giving a **** I possessed just a day or two ago.

So are you saying there's a chance I won't be regretting my JCM pick all season? (I regretted it as soon as I made it, but that's the nature of fantasy for me. I just wanted him on ONE team, somewhere, and with pick 1 in a 16-teamer it's a looooooooooooooooooong time between picks).

Mixon is going on the reserve/non-football injury list tomorrow, which seems functionally equivalent to the PUP. He can't play or practice for four weeks so I'm hoping he's back for week 6 after the Texans bye week.
